There are still many possibilities left to motivate and enable people to perform, peer coaching, ‘learning on the job’ activities, Christmas parties, collaboration initiatives and so on.

But sometimes it is easier said than done to pull rabbits out of the hat… Join us to discuss and explore how to make talent development work with constrained resources.

Need more boost? Let’s Rock n’ ROLE

Most organisations have job descriptions for the employees, that summaries the tasks to execute, the areas of responsibility and the goals to achieve. In theory, the job description should help employees to do their jo in the best possible way.

However, if we take a step back and look at the Role of people in an organisation, we may see that what people actually do daily is not what is written in the job description… And if we look even deeper, then we discover that the behavior and motivation is driven by personal desires and fears, as well as our individual and collective sub conscious…

So when we explore the Roles in depth, we may discover powerful insights to Accelerate talent and performance.
