As facilitator, consultant and coach, he has facilitated organizational transformations for the better, combining the perspectives of hard business matters with human dynamics and psychology. He acts at organization, team and individual executive levels.

Prior to his current role, Lionel has acquired a strong background in business and organisation, with multiple perspectives: general management, b-to-b sales, finance, strategy consulting and entrepreneurship. He worked at Solvay, Atos Worldline, AT Kearney, Arthur D. Little and 3 start-ups.

He is a visiting professor at IE Business School (Madrid) in organizational development. He lives happily in Brussels.
