Miguel holds a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD with Distinction. He is a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate, the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and ICF -International Coaching Federation.
